Well yeah if Sephiroth was in the game then we would choose him. Male Rover is the closest we can get to Sephiroth in WUWA.

Imagine hsr releases a boss where its entire gimmick is that it benefits from debuffs and the in lore explanation is that its like a mini IX that grows from debuffs. Now all the dot teams and acheron teams will be crying.
To be honest, the reason break is good is because of a free character.

I don't play Genshin anymore, but this is why Hu Tao is, and will always be, my favorite character in GI.
Is Arlecchino better at utilizing vape than Hu Tao? I feel like Arlecchino does more damage in a double hydro mostly cause her base damage is higher.
Don't have Firefly, She is super strong but I don't like her Playstyle.
Firefly has 0 dmg outside of break, she is literally useless if you cant break the enemy, like her enhanced skill does like 7k dmg on a trotter that cant be broken
